University of Nebraska–Lincoln Provide a wide range of administrative and general office duties for a residence hall operation to support facilities staff and operational needs pertaining to maintenance and custodial operations. Prepare various types of office communications using integrated software. Perform research, compile information, and prepare reports. Maintain budget and accounting records. Order supplies and materials through the use of web-based systems. Process purchasing card, accounts payable, and receivable transactions. Position requires following established guidelines and procedures; maintaining accurate records and utilizing a web-based preventative maintenance system and other web-based programs.
