Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time)
Responsible for answering incoming calls to Nebraska Public Media routing calls, and answering general questions. Process check and credit card transactions for membership department, sales transactions, and web transactions. Performs data entry into accounting system. Responsible for additional support duties as assigned. Criminal history background check will be conducted. Excellent benefits including staff/dependent scholarship program.
