The Case Manager will report to the Assistant Director for Institutional Equity and Compliance/Title IX Coordinator. The Case Manager’s primary responsibility is to organize and manage reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation submitted to the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (IEC). The Case Manager will be responsible for managing initial outreach to parties and conducting intake meetings; serving as the point of contact and information resource for parties involved in IEC processes; coordinating referrals to campus partners to implement supportive measures for parties; documenting and ensuring timeliness of outreach, intake, and supportive measures; maintaining, organizing, and closing case files; recommending action steps to civil rights resolution specialists; assisting with risk assessments and referrals for emergency removal; managing Clery Act reporting responsibilities; assisting with miscellaneous reporting requirements and case data analysis; facilitating hearings to resolve complaints; and completing other duties as assigned.
