Job Description
This is a summer internship position with the department of Missouri Institute for Defense and Energy. The duties include the following:
- Design, build, and test innovative software solutions that meet leadership-provided requirements.
- Develop and tune document parsing engine intended to prepare textual and image data for Large Language Model training.
- Assist A.I. researchers with model testing and benchmarking.
- Prepare monthly status reports and final reports for dissemination to contract sponsor through team leadership.
- Currently in an Undergraduate program in one of or similar to the following degree paths.
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Currently in third or fourth year of 4-year program.
- Able to obtain secret level DOD security clearance.
Pay Rate is $15/hr
