Job Description

The Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Department of Psychiatry in the School of Medicine at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU), has an exciting opportunity for a full-time board certified/board eligible child and adolescent psychiatrist to join our growing team.

The faculty member will work full-time in the Thompson Center, which serves children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions, and their families. The Thompson Center is a multi-disciplinary center with 15 different clinical subspecialties and is integrated fully with the academic training and research missions. The Thompson Center is growing and currently planning for a new, state-of-the art facility and additional clinical programming. This position has the potential for programmatic development. Additionally, qualified candidates could be considered for leadership roles in current and future Thompson Center clinical programming.
