Job Summary

Serve as administrative assistant to the Director of the Center for Aluminum Technology. Maintain calendar and schedule meetings for the director and mangers of the center.

Manage all financial and personnel functions for the center. Process invoices, maintain logs and ledgers. Provide relevant and accurate budget information and suggestions to the director for use in planning and preparation of budgets. Initiate and maintain all personnel/payroll information and actions. Serve as liaison for the center for interpretation of policies and procedures.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Accuracy, good organizational skills, attention to detail. Word, Excel, Windows 3.1 or higher, Outlook, use of laser printer and fax machine.

Preferred Education/Experience

Driver's license preferred.
