The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for a 9-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor position for the Health Care Support Technician program within the Allied Health Department to start in August, 2023. UC Blue Ash College is the largest regional college in Ohio, located in Blue Ash, Ohio with an enrollment of approximately 4,109 students. All positions require proficiency in English and excellent information literacy/computer skills.

Essential Functions
- Faculty responsibilities include creating and teaching courses within the Health Care Support Technician associate degree program and other courses within the Allied Health Department.
- Supervising and evaluating students in the clinical lab and practicum settings.
- Participating in accreditation, recruitment, academic advising, program resource development, and other program, department, college, and university functions.
- A minimum of bachelor's degree in a healthcare or other applicable field.
- Completion of master's degree in healthcare, education, or other relevant field by fall of 2026, if applicable.
- Licensure as a Medical assistant (CMA/AAMA), registered nurse (with Ohio Licensure),or registered radiologic technologist in radiography (ARRT & Ohio Licensure).
- A combination of at least 3 years of teaching and professional clinical experience.
