Job Summary
Responsible for implementing and maintaining federal and state compliance in the Financial Aid Office with regard to the awarding and disbursement procedures for financial aid funds.
Minimum Qualifications
Require associate's degree or equivalent education in Business, Accounting or other related area. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
1 year experience working in the Financial Aid environment.
Experience working with Federal Title IV regulations, policies and procedures related to financial aid.
Ability to be detail-oriented with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform responsibilities with initiative and minimal supervision.
Ability to interact effectively in a team based environment, college service areas and diverse student population.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or other related area.
