Event Worker Supervising Digital Media

Description:
1. Work in partnership with others to manage the district’s ScoreVision technology at varsity home games.
2. Prepare, develop, and coordinate digital content, logos, graphics, etc. for game day production.
3. Supervise and support District 145 high school students with the production of ScoreVision technology at varsity home games.
4. Support and manage the use of instant replay technology during varsity home football games.
5. Attendance at home varsity games is mandatory when the ScoreVision technology is in use.
6. Additional duties as assigned.
7. Serve as a role model to all students.
8. Serve as a positive member of the community in a way that does not negatively affect the District’s reputation or image in the community.
9. Refrain from engaging in conduct that interferes with the operations of the District, including the education of students.
10. Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with other staff and administration.
11. Adhere to all District policies, rules, regulations, and supervisory directives.
12. Maintain confidentiality of information concerning staff, students, and parents in accordance with law and District rules.
13. Adhere to the code of ethics of the District and the Nebraska Department of Education (NDE Rule 27).

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, or similar field is preferred but not required.

Job Summary:
Number of Work Hours: 8-15/wk
Position works August thru November with additional time and terms in future years.
