Care Coordinator – Community Support Program Full time opening in Lexington/North Platte areas. Travel is required. Main office location in Lexington. Primary duties include the coordination of services for persons with severe and persistent mental illness and individuals recovering from substance use disorder. BA in a human service field preferred. Experience can be substituted for education. Excellent benefits. Supportive staff.
