Account Manager/Customer Service, Commercial Printing
Account Management core functions include developing strong relationships with customers, facilitating workflow between internal teams such as sales, estimating and print production and processing all work orders in a timely and efficient manner. Account Managers also answer customer questions, compose print orders and manage the progress of a variety of print jobs through our system.
-Gather job information and enter estimate requests
-Process print and fulfillment orders
-Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication
-Ensure timely delivery of accurate product to clients
-Clearly communicate customer expectations to all internal teams
-Review and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-Demonstrate an ability to efficiently communicate with both written and oral skills
-Proficient organizational skills (e.g., ability to coordinate/prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines)
-Knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations
-General knowledge of technology and ability to work comfortably with computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office, Thunderbird, Acrobat and other proprietary software specific to job function
-Requires good knowledge of multiple functions of the print business in which there is frequent contact with multiple departments while completing daily work assignments
-HS Diploma or Equivalent
-Preferred - 2 Years Experience in Print Production preferred
This is a full-time salaried position. Salary for this position is based on experience. We offer full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, paid holidays and vacation/PTO.
Starting Salary: From $40,000.00 per year - pay based upon experience.
This position is eligible for a One-Time Signing Bonus of $500 after successfully completing 90 days of full-time work at Printco!
