This competitive Civil Service position will plan and supervise the school food service programs in one or more school districts within Cortland and Onondaga County. Duties include: plan and prepare menus, order food, maintain standards for sanitation, health and safety, supervise and evaluate lunch personnel, and maintain inventories and related records.
