Nebraska Wesleyan University seeks to hire an Enrollment Events and Community Organizations Coordinator. This full-time 12-month position reports to the Director of Enrollment Operations. The successful candidate will work to coordinate and plan recruitment events for the Nebraska Wesleyan admissions department. The candidate will also work strategically with community partners to develop and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan the recruitment events for the Nebraska Wesleyan admissions department.
  • Manage and cultivate partnerships with community organizations to enhance University growth and development.
  • Partner with the Campus Visit Coordinator to bring groups of prospective students and community organizations to campus.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the events with a focus on increasing attendance and the impact on prospective students.
  • Manage the CRM (Slate) system and other technologies needed in coordination with the event planning. This includes the collaboration and planning of all pre-and post-event communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Three years of relevant experience in event planning is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM or database experience, are preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
