Second Assistant Store Director

As our 2nd Assistant Store Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Store Director with day-to-day operations of the entire store. You'll take good care of our team members, serving as a model for customer service and providing direction and training. Also, you'll assist in coordination of inventory, sales promotions, and merchandising.
You will have a variety of tasks in this high energy and highly people-oriented position, and no two days will ever be the same!
What you'll do
- Direct and coordinate team efforts with a caring attitude and effective approach
- Maintain the store to ensure merchandise, signage, and safety are consistently addressed
- Monitor and address customer issues with a positive demeanor
When you'll work
- Flexibility required for shifts between 10 to 8p including weekends and some holidays
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; AA or technical school training preferred
- Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in a supermarket or large retail chain required
- Strong people management, decision-making and communication skills, and the ability to handle a diverse team in a stressful environment
