Job Description:
The candidate will be expected to:
Service existing accounts including client communication, policy changes, renewals, payments & claims. Quote and re-market existing policies as needed;
Cross sell Personal Lines accounts;
Communicate with insurance carrier underwriters and claim adjusters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1 - 3 years of Personal Lines insurance agency experience is desired.
Strong customer service skills
Experience with the Applied Agency Management System
Knowledge of Personal Insurance Lines coverages,
Excellent verbal and written skills
