Hello! We are seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to add to our team of HOA professionals. Our office is located in a historic cottage in beautiful downtown Flagstaff. Our team prides itself on maintaining a positive work environment, a healthy work-life balance, and going above and beyond to do our best assisting the members of the associations we manage each day.
What you’ll be working on;
- Development and maintenance of a professional relationships with the Board of Directors and members of each community.
- Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of applicable state, federal and local laws
- Organizing and attending Board Meetings
- Working with the Compliance Officer and Board to make sure communities are adhering to their governing documents
- Assisting the Board of Directors with the Annual Budget
- Community financials
- Management and maintenance of community documents and records
- Project Management – Reviewing services and on-site work as needed, working closely with vendors to ensure projects are completed correctly and in a timely fashion, legal paperwork is completed, and payment is issued promptly
- Communicating information to the communities’ members

- Prior Community Management experience
- Management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
