Marketing Manager

Gannett’s B2B Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting into a Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager supports our ambitious vision of driving growth and retention of our B2B & B2C business.
In this role, you’ll be focused on developing integrated marketing strategies to shift buying behavior in support of our fast-growing self-serve sales motion, as well as establishing new funnels and customer touchpoints to preserve revenue streams for our media advertising products.
You will bring a rigorous, data-driven approach to the development of marketing programs that deliver impactful results, connecting targeted segmentation strategies with compelling copy and creative to drive engagement, leads and revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own integrated marketing
- Partner with sales channels leaders to define priorities and tactic mix, including database activation, nurturing, and lead acquisition
- Work across the marketing
- Utilize Salesforce
- Develop an ongoing reporting cadence to management across marketing and
- Initiate research and analyze market trends (financial, technological, demographic, etc.) and recommend changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years’ experience
- Experience with digital marketing and media preferred
- Dedicated and collaborative sales partner. Ability to collaborate and communicate with senior sales leaders about marketing strategy, campaign analytics, ROI and more based on program.
- Superb quantitative skills and a clear understanding of ROI analysis. Marketing is a measurable science.
- Strong understanding and experience with inbound and/or field marketing
- Creative copy writing and campaign concepts
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to analyze data and interpret the “story”
- Ability to drive consensus, resolve conflict and move a group towards a common goal

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000 and $105,800. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
