Our hood cleaning division has grown significantly, and we are looking for amazing people to join our team. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sunday Night -Thursday Night (6-8 PM - 2-4 AM).
  • Out of Town travel required.
  • Establish and maintain trust with team members and customers. Provide service to company standards for all assigned jobs.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Ability to climb up and down from ladders/roofs and ability to lift 50lbs of material.
  • Diligently document and report all jobs and details of jobs.
  • Maintain professionalism at customer locations and at the office.
  • Ability to arrive to jobs on time.
  • Ability to work with and maintain basic equipment.
  • Follow proper PPE procedures.
  • Have a working cell phone and respond promptly to all calls from coworkers.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently.

JOB DUTIES

  • The set-up and take-down of equipment including hanging plastic sheeting, mixing chemicals, setting up ladders, moving equipment, pre-sprayers, garden hoses, and high-pressure hoses.
  • Stock trucks with needed material for upcoming jobs each night or week.
  • Pre-scraping greasy buildup from affected areas of kitchen exhaust system.
  • Pressure washing the interior of kitchen exhaust systems (fans, ducts, and hoods).
  • Final clean-up in kitchens by wiping down the hoods, mopping up the floors, etc.
  • Digital photography of all work performed at each job. Before and After Photos.
  • Independent completion of work projects with limited supervision.
  • Ability to make good decisions without having to communicate with a supervisor.
  • Reporting mechanical deficiencies of customer and/or company equipment to management.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles each night.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 2+ Years of Professional Work Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
