Former Dermatologist is seeking an administrative assistant to help manage day-today office needs for a new startup company developing a therapeutic compound product. In this role, you will help with day-to-day office needs, email, written and telephone correspondence as well as assist in dealing with vendors, marketing and office operations.
Experience in pharmaceuticals and/or pharmacology is a bonus.
The ideal candidate will be creative, ambitious and persistent. Strong computer skills are required.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Managing correspondences
- Working with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers in the compounding industry
- Assisting in development of marketing and promotional materials
- Basic bookkeeping
- Basic website maintenance
- A variety of tasks as needed for a new startup company
Compensation and hours (part-time or full-time) negotiable based on skills and experience. Schedule and hours negotiable based on candidate availability. This position is primarily an in-person position and while some work can be completed from home, the majority will be in office.
