Service Manager
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Shop is looking for a dynamic leader that will take our team to the next level of excellence. The Service Manager will manage the daily, monthly, weekly, and yearly operations of a successful service department.
Some Responsibilities will include:
Assist in development of departmental goals and initiate the action to achieve them
Set a good example of how customers should be treated by: properly greeting, friendliness, sincere interest and expeditious handling of concerns
Hire, train, motivate and evaluate all department employees
Conduct regular meeting with direct reports
Responsible for establishing and implementing individual and shop goals
Planning and executing on-going service advertising programs
Maintaining daily sales and production records
Required Experience:
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Minimum 5+ years Service Management or Fixed Operations Management experience at a high volume operation
