Supportive Housing Caseworker

ARC Human Services is hiring a Supportive Housing Caseworker. What is this you ask? A Supportive Housing Caseworker is someone who helps individuals maintain and keep their home within the community. A SH Caseworker works primarily in the field and helps individuals set goals for themselves, maintain medication management as well as doctor's appointments, groceries, etc. Our ultimate goal is to help our individuals be productive citizens within their communities.

Starting rate of $19.50/hour!

Qualifications:

� Bachelors Degree in related field and two years of experience working with individuals with MH and co-occurring diagnoses

� Or any other combination of education and experience acceptable under county guidelines

� Organizational and analytical skills and great communication and documentation skills

� Valid PA Driver's License with 3 year clean driving record

� Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB and drug screening (ALL company paid!)

Summary:

Supportive Housing Caseworker is responsible for health, safety and happiness of all individuals receiving services through ARC Human Services. This includes adhering to all Federal, State and Local regulations, and promoting Team Facilitation and Behavioral Health / Support strategies in a fiscally responsible manner.
