Office Manager
Local Accounting Firm is looking for a Full Time Office Manager
Duties will include greeting clients; answering multi-line phone system; scheduling; billing and accounts receivable; tax return assembly & delivery; project management and reporting and other administrative tasks. Ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be self motivated, detail oriented and able to manage numerous tasks simultaneously while working in a fast paced, deadline driven, multi-client environment. Associate's degree or two years of administrative office experience preferred.
